Our 25th anniversary year has been one for the history books. Through the pandemic and record-breaking wildfires, this year has been a memorable one…and challenging.
Here are a few examples of what we are working on now:
We have set a goal of raising enough funds to plant at least ONE MILLION trees, to ensure that in the future, and for future generations, these burned areas will once again be lush and green!

Oregon Parks Forever is pleased to announce, that in early January 2023, it made a grant for an additional 250,000 trees to be planted in Marion County for reforestation after the wildfires. Bear Creek Park and Campground, Minto Park, Niagara, North Fork, North Santiam, Packsaddle, and Salmon Falls parks will see the green results this season.
